Asus - a company which has a reputation for quality computer components. Their
laptops are no exception, with a look and feel of quality, they are backed up by a 2-year minimum warranty and 1-year accidental protection policy (in case you have a spill, surge, or drop).
First new model is the B50A, featuring a 15.4" Screen, an Intel 2.4Ghz Dual Core Processor, 3GB DDR2-800 RAM, a DVD-RW Drive, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11a,b,g,n Wireless, and Intel X4500 Graphics. Noteworthy features included a 250GB
7200RPM Hard Drive, a
Spill-Proof & LED Illuminated Keyboard, and an extended
3-year warranty. In addition to the laptop, AC Adpater, and 8-cell battery, you will receive an optical mouse, and nice carrying case with plenty of extra room for notepads and accessories. This laptop has Windows Vista Business preinstalled, however a copy and licence for Windows XP Professional is included, and we will gladly install XP Pro for no additional charge. Our price for this unit is $1270, including a 2-year Vipre Antivirus/Antispyware subscription.
The second model we have is the Asus X59GLX - Aimed toward the budget minded user, it features a 15.4" Screen, an Intel 2.16Ghz Dual Core processor, 2GB DDR-667 RAM, a DVD-RW drive, Intel integrated graphics, a 250GB 5400RPM Hard Drive, Integrated Ethernet, Bluetooth, and 802.11b,g Wireless. Like the B50A, this laptop comes with an optical mouse and a nice carrying case, plus an AC adapter and 6-cell battery. Windows Vista Home Premium is preinstalled, and we provide a 1-year Vipre Antivirus/Antispyware subscription. Our price for the X59GLX is an amazingly low $780.
